1. 服务范围
Banivia 当前是面向个人陪伴、对话记忆、目标记录、设备同步和调试验证的本地 runtime/Web 工作台。你可以使用账号密码、扫码登录或游客试聊进入服务。游客试聊只保留当前会话，不展示或写入个人记忆、目标和账户资料。
2. 账号与访问
- 你需要自行保管测试账号、密码、设备绑定状态和配对码。
- 扫码登录需要使用已登录的 Banivia App 或调试确认流程完成确认。
- 如果你切换账号、退出登录或重新绑定设备，部分同步状态会随之变化。
3. 对话、记忆与审核
- 对话内容可能用于生成待确认的 memory reviews / 记忆草稿。
- 选中文本生成的记忆草稿默认为 pending，不会自动写入稳定记忆表。
- 只有在你通过审核动作确认后，记忆草稿才会进入稳定记忆；受保护类别默认保持 private，并禁止进入兴趣卡片、推荐或对外展示。
- 助手消息中的选中文本会作为证据保存，准确性仍需要你确认。
4. 可接受使用
请不要使用本服务上传、生成或传播违法、侵权、恶意攻击、欺诈、骚扰、未授权个人信息或其他会损害他人权益的内容。你需要确保你输入、上传或导入的资料有合法来源和使用权限。
5. 第三方模型、搜索与本地配置
当你启用 LLM、联网搜索、语音或其他外部能力时，请确认对应服务的密钥、网络环境和服务条款。Banivia runtime 会尽量把模型密钥保留在服务端或本地配置中，但你仍需自行管理这些外部服务的账号和费用。
6. 变更、暂停与免责声明
当前版本仍处于 MVP / 测试阶段，功能、接口、存储结构和 UI 可能调整。服务按现状提供，不承诺持续可用、完全准确或适用于医疗、法律、金融等高风险决策。你应自行判断输出内容，并在重要事项上寻求专业意见。

Terms of Service
Banivia is currently a local runtime and web workspace for personal companion chat, memory reviews, goals, device sync, and development verification. You may enter through account sign-in, QR sign-in, or guest trial. Guest trial keeps only the current chat and does not show or write personal memory, goals, or account data.
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for test account credentials, device binding state, and pairing codes.
- QR sign-in requires confirmation from a signed-in Banivia App or the development confirmation flow.
- Switching accounts, signing out, or rebinding a device can change sync state.
Memory Reviews
- Conversation content may be used to create pending memory reviews.
- Memory drafts created from selected text remain pending and are not automatically written to stable memory.
- A draft enters stable memory only after your review action. Protected categories default to private and are blocked from interest cards, recommendations, and external display.
- Selected assistant text may be stored as evidence, but you remain responsible for confirming accuracy.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to upload, generate, or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, unauthorized personal data, or other harmful content. You are responsible for having the rights needed for any material you input, upload, or import.
Third-Party Services
If you enable LLMs, web search, voice, or other external capabilities, you are responsible for the relevant provider accounts, keys, network access, provider terms, and costs. Banivia tries to keep model keys on the runtime side or in local config, but external services remain under your control.
Changes and Disclaimer
This MVP/test version may change features, APIs, storage, and UI. The service is provided as-is and is not guaranteed to be continuously available, fully accurate, or suitable for high-stakes medical, legal, or financial decisions. Review outputs carefully and seek professional advice where needed.
